How do I view the bags in 3D?
- Scroll through the images of the desired bag until the end.
- Tap the cube icon in the center of the photo to rotate the bag.
- Rotate the bag and zoom in based on the details you want to observe.
*NOTE: If you notice that the 3D model is not appearing in high resolution, make sure you have a stable internet connection and, above all, that your smartphone does not have power-saving mode activated.
How can I increase my VIP rank?
To increase your VIP level and be able to scale through the various ranks: silver, gold, platinum, and diamond, you will need to make purchases on the website.
By clicking on the widget in the bottom left shaped like a gift box, you will be able to access the Loyalty program. By going to the VIP levels, your current rank will be displayed, and you will be informed of how much you need to reach the next level.

How do I earn loyalty points?
To earn points, simply click on the gift-shaped widget in the bottom left corner, join if you haven't already, and go to the "Earn Points" section.
Once there, you will find all the missions to complete in order to earn loyalty points that can be converted into rewards!
How can I see the bag in augmented reality?
To view the bag in augmented reality, you will need to go to the 3D model from the product tab, click on the cube, and then a black bar with white text will appear below the model.
Click on the text and project the bag into your space.
Note:
1) The surface where the bag is projected must be flat.
2) Not all phones are enabled to use this technology.
3) Follow the instructions to display the render.
How do referrals work?
With referrals, you can send a link to a friend or acquaintance. If the person you forward the link to registers and makes a purchase, they will receive a 10% discount, and you will earn 20 loyalty points in your account.
How does the community area work?
Within the community area, you will be able to share your shopping experience, view all the content created by Voemièn influencers, and stay updated with all the news.

What are the accepted payment methods?
Voemièn accepts all certified payments, so it will be possible to pay with:

- Klarna in 3 interest-free installments.

- Bank transfer: at the end of the order, you will see the details for making the transfer. The goods will be held for 24 hours. By sending the bank receipt to info@voemien.com, you will expedite the process and, consequently, the shipping.

Where is my order?
As soon as the package is processed by the BRT systems, the customer will receive an email or SMS directly from the courier that evening, containing a link for tracking the order.
When will my order be shipped?
Depending on the selected shipping method, standard deliveries occur within 1-4 business days, while express deliveries take place within 24/48 hours.
What happens if I receive a different bag from the one I ordered?
Assuming that verifying this hypothesis has the same odds as winning the lottery, it would be immediately picked up by the courier and replaced with the correct one.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
You will need to initiate the return request as explained on this page.
The bag will be replaced as soon as possible with a new one.

Nothing complex, you won't even need to print the return label.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued within 24 to 48 hours after inspecting the returned goods at our warehouses.
Very importantly, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it arrived, including its tags and accessories
