SHIPPING DETAILS
At Voemièn we aim to provide a smooth and efficient delivery experience for all our customers. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days after we receive payment confirmation. 
During high-demand periods, such as peak seasons or special promotions, please allow for slight variations in processing times, as we work diligently to manage all orders promptly. 

Once your order has been processed, it will be on its way to you! Delivery generally takes between 3-7 business days - from when the order is processed - depending on your location within the United States. Our goal is to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction with every order. 

As a special commitment to convenience and transparency, we are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United States. This means that no additional shipping fees will be applied at checkout, so you can shop confidently knowing the price you see is the price you pay. 

Voemièn ships throughout US with different delivery options to suit your preferences: you may choose home delivery through FedEx or UPS or direct pickup at a FedEx or UPS point, which can be selected after placing your order.

Once the shipment is in transit, our courier partners will send an email or SMS to the recipient with a tracking link. Through this link, you can manage your delivery preferences, including arranging pickup at a FedEx or UPS location, scheduling a specific delivery time, or even adjusting the delivery address entered during checkout. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update. 

IS THE ORDER DATE DIFFERENT FROM THE SHIPPING DATE?

Yes, the order date is the moment when your order is placed and confirmed on our site. The shipping date, on the other hand, is when your package leaves our warehouses and is handed over to the courier for delivery. 

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS?

Yes, absolutely! Voemièn can deliver to alternate addresses, including offices, stores and workplaces. You may also choose to pick up your order at a FedEx or UPS location if preferred. To arrance delivery to an alternate address, simply enter the address at checkout. If delivering to a business or workplace, we recommend adding "C/O" (care of) before the business name to ensure smooth delivery. 

WHAT IF I ENTER AN INCORRECT ADDRESS?

No problem - address modifications can still be made after the order is placed. Once the shipment is picked up by the courier, you'll receive an email or SMS from FedEx or UPS system with a tracking link. Through this link, you can monitor the shipment status and make changes, such as updating the delivery address. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

The FedEx/UPS will attempt delivery up to three times on consecutive business days (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM). If no one is available to receive the package after the third attempt, the shipment will be placed in storage. From that time, you'll have / days to provide instructions to the courier through the tracking link. If no instructions are given within / days, the package will be returned to the sender. 

WILL THE COURIER CALL ME BEFORE MAKING THE DELIVERY?

In most cases, the courier will not call before delivery unless there are difficulties in locating the address. If you would prefer a call, you can request this by adding a note at checkout. However, please note that it is ultimately at the courier's discretion whether to make the call. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Voemièn is not responsible for delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. However, our team is available to assist with tracking and any inquiries related to shipping.

Order Cancellation: Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel an order. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped, and can no longer be canceled. In such cases, customers must follow our Return and Refund Policy to request a return.

Returns and Refunds: If you wish to return a product, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if Voemièn mistakenly sends an incorrect, broken, or damaged product, the return and exchange process will be fully covered by us, provided that photographic evidence is submitted.
