RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Voemièn we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases of our finely crafted, Made in Italy bags. If you wish to return an item, we offer a straightforward process under the following conditions.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel an order. After this timeframe, the order will be processed and shipped as per our standard procedure. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled, and the customer will need to follow our return policy if they wish to return the item.
RETURN CONDITIONS
We are here to make the process as smooth as possible. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request. We kindly ask that you submit your request within this time frame to ensure it can be processed without any issues.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original, unused condition, complete with all tags, packaging, and any additional material as initially received. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify that it meets these conditions. If there are any signs of use or damage, we may not be able to process a refund.
Please note that both the return shipping process and costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified in the "Broken or Damaged Item" section below.

Exchange for Different Item
Voemièn offers the option to exchange for a different color/product if the item does not fully meet the customer's expectations.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping process and costs.
Return for Refund
If the purchased item does not meet your expectations, you have the right to request a return for a refund.
This must be done within 14 days from the delivery. Upon receiving the returned item, you may choose between two refund options:

Refund via Gift Card: You will receive a digital gift card via email with credit equal to the total amount spent on your original purchase.
- This card has no expiration date and can be used for future purchases on our site.
- You can also share it with someone else as a gift.
- If you make a purchase for less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping process and costs.

Monetary Refund: If you prefer a direct refund to your original payment method, you will receive the full amount spent on the item.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEM
If we mistakenly send an incorrect, broken, or damaged product, we will fully cover the return and exchange process.
- The customer must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue before proceeding.
- Once the issue is confirmed, we will organize the pickup and cover all shipping costs for both the return and the replacement product.
- A replacement item will be shipped as soon as the defective or incorrect product is received.

In your email, please include your order number, which can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order.
If you are unable to locate the order number, providing the name and surname used for the purchase will suffice.
Additionally, let us know the reason for the return and your preferred refund option (Gift Card or Monetary Refund).
The return shipping cost will be entirely at your expense. You are responsible for arranging the shipment and ensuring the package reaches us safely. Please repackage the item as it was delivered and use a reliable shipping service with tracking.
REFUND TIMING
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. After this inspection (which may vary in processing time), we will proceed with your refund. The time required for processing the refund after inspection ranges from a minimum of 48 hours to a maximum of 20 business days.
Once the refund is processed, the amount will appear in your account within 12 hours. For PayPal refunds, the credit is usually instant.
