APPLICATION FOR PROFESSIONAL POSITIONS

Voemièn is always looking for creative and professional individuals to help enhance the brand's image. Any content is aimed at highlighting our bags and our Made in Italy lifestyle.

We are accepting applications for the following positions:

• Content Creator: Responsible for creating multimedia content such as photos/videos/carousels aimed at promoting the brand. Once the Voemièn products are received, the creator will begin their work, using their creativity to bring various materials to life.

• Photographer: Voemièn often conducts various types of photo campaigns for new collections, in addition to still life photos for the catalog. Physical presence at our offices in Piazza del Popolo 58, Lucca, is required. (Portfolio requested)

• Videomaker: The advertising world is increasingly shifting towards the use of vertical videos, as people tend to watch and engage with them more readily. We need competent individuals for both production and post-production. (Portfolio requested)

• Designer: The continuous creation and evolution of our designs would not be possible without this role, so we are always in need of new creative and innovative minds, even without specific experience. (A portfolio with some sketches is required)

• Shipping Assistant: From Monday to Friday, Voemièn ships throughout USA. Our packaging is carefully crafted and well-structured, and we need someone capable of creating our packages while adhering to brand standards.

• CRM Specialist: For us, the relationship with our customers is fundamental. We strive to provide them with the best shipping experience, so we need someone who can manage the customer relationship comprehensively, from lead acquisition to sales and post-sales.

• Sales Assistant: Voemièn not only manages online sales but also has a physical presence and will continue to expand over the coming years.

Responsibilities of the Shipping Assistant:

• Contribute to the company's ecosystem.
• Manage delivery-related issues.
• Develop DDT (Delivery Documents) and communicate with the customer (if necessary).
• Check availability of raw materials.
• Resolve stock issues.
• Oversee all aspects of product packaging.

Necessary Requirements:

• Extreme precision and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computers and printers.
• Advanced learning ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of the product (leather bags) and familiarity with the fashion world.
• Understanding of the production processes of an eCommerce.
• Familiarity with using Shopify is a plus.

Additional Information:

Economic offer: fixed-term employment contract (6 months) with the aim of a permanent position. The economic offer will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.

Responsibilities of the Secretary:

• Contribute to the company's ecosystem.
• Manage accounting.
• Provide customer assistance via phone and messaging.
• Manage bookings for raw materials and products.
• Resolve issues related to orders.
• Manage and schedule web content.

Necessary Requirements:

• Extreme precision and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computers and printers.
• Advanced learning ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of the product (leather bags) and familiarity with the fashion world.
• Understanding of the production processes of an eCommerce.
• Familiarity with using Shopify is a plus.

Additional Information:

Economic offer: fixed-term employment contract (6 months) with the aim of a permanent position. The economic offer will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.

We offer a young, dynamic, and innovative working environment focused on continuous training.

The work will be carried out part-time on-site, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday, or full-time from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

ARE YOU A STORE WANTING TO SELL OUR PRODUCTS?

Voemièn offers the opportunity to create commercial agreements to become official resellers of the brand.

We provide two options: the first is the Voemièn supplier program, where the customer can purchase a quantity of goods at discounted prices to be sold in their boutique.

The second option is the Voemièn Sales Account, where the desired goods will be sent to the customer according to our stock availability, to be sold on consignment in the selected boutique.

Voemièn reserves the right to decide on the acceptance of commercial proposals. The criteria that will be evaluated may include:
